Sierra Multimedia can help with your STL and RPU needs as well. This includes 950 MHz STL, 170 & 450 MHz RPU and delivery of programming via T1, Ethernet or over the internet.
Sierra Multimedia engineers are HD Radio specialists.
Every HD Radio project is supervised by an SBE Certified Digital Radio Broadcast
Specialist.
Currently many radio stations have only one engineer on staff or use a
contract
engineer to take care of several stations.
What happens when a new transmitter needs to be installed?
Especially when HD Radio is in the plan?
It is hard for that single engineer to keep up with daily needs and it is
even more difficult to find time to upgrade facilities.

We have the experience, tools and test equipment to do the job right the
first time.
Only a SBE Certified Engineer, with
Digital Radio Broadcasting Specialist Certification, will
supervise installation of HD transmitter projects.
He will also make the necessary adjustments and take the required
measurements.
AM radio requires special attention
to details of the antenna
system. If the antenna system
is not right for HD, the HD may work, but you also may drive away your current
AM
listeners. The first step in the
process of installing HD on an AM station is to take measurements at several
points in the system.
These are then evaluated. In
most cases correction is much more than simple adjustments.
Our measurement report will be provided to your Consulting Engineer so
that the necessary changes can be made.
Once this is completed, we will assist your station engineer with the
installation and adjustment of the HD Radio equipment.
We will then take the necessary measurements.
